Donna Jamison

Business Development Coordinator

I joined the Lubowicki Agency in March 2020. The midst of the COVID-19 pandemic unfortunately brought much chaos and turmoil to peoples’ personal and professional lives. I found myself in the position of Business Development with a strong focus on empathy. Growth or change can be difficult, and in the face of adversity even more so. Conducting business so compassionately provided great insight into not only how nice the Lubo Team really is, but how nicely as an organization we work with others.

I spent time with producers, prospects and clients learning about them as people. Serving people is so much easier when you take time to understand their background, organization and needs. The Lubowicki Team genuinely cares about their clients beyond their bottom line. The advertising tag line “We are just nice people” is so much more than just a tag line!

The agency also has a uniquely, intelligent Risk Assessment Process for providing coverage. It is carefully planned and strategically implemented in working with all personal and business prospects. I am proud to put my business degree in Marketing and Management, as well as 25+ years of experience to use with Team Lubo. When I’m not working, this NJ resident enjoys much time with family, outdoors and exploring the arts. I have a special place in my heart for Monmouth County as a native and avid beach lover, a fondness for the arts in Metuchen, NJ where I reside, and a passion for musical entertainment in New York City.
